Return & Refund Policy – HydroDrift™ WaveCrusher
At HydroDrift™, every WaveCrusher is carefully inspected and tested to ensure the best possible experience on the water. Because each unit is prepared with care, we want our policies to be clear, fair, and transparent.
🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until your HydroDrift™ WaveCrusher is delivered and then follow the return instructions below, if applicable.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@hydrodrift.com with your order number.
🧾 Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.
To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
📦 Opened Packages
Once a HydroDrift™ WaveCrusher package has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@hydrodrift.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your HydroDrift™ arrives with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• Replacement parts
• A full replacement unit
• A refund, when applicable
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
HydroDrift™ is not responsible for packages lost during transit or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or delivery service to file a claim.
